Frogs of the Amazon exhibit - Mimic Poison Frog, Ranitomeya imitator and the Fringed Leaf Frog, Cruziohyla craspedopus on display this morning in the Conservatory lobby. #sympatric #sympatricspecies #amphibianexhibit #amphibianexhibitdesigns #amazon #Amazonfrogs #Dendrobatidae #Phyllomedusinae #Cruziohyla #cruziohylacraspedopus These two species exhibit quite well, despite the fact that (in theory) Fringed Leaf Frogs can easily eat several Mimic Poison Frogs. In practice, the two species get along fine and are on opposite photoperiods.
