Blackworms, Lumbriculus variegatus and almost 20 other species of invertebrates make up our live food diet for the endangered frogs and salamanders in our amphibian conservation collections.

These tasty little worms are offered to Frosted Flatwoods Salamanders (Ambystoma cingulatum), and gobbled right up. We currently culture 2 species of flight-less fruit fly, 4 species of roach, 3 species of isopod, 3 species of annelid, and we receive 17,000 crickets in the mail every other week from @premiumcrickets Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm #livefood #invertebrates #lumbriculusvariegatus #Blackworms #Ambystoma #Ambystomatidae #Ambystomacingulatum #AmphibianConservation
