Critically endangered Lemur Leaf Frog, Agalychnis lemur in the #frogPOD ... Lemur Leaf Frogs are declining throughout their range in Panama and Costa Rica. The emergent infectious disease - #chytridiomycosis (#chytrid ) is responsible for much of their decrease in numbers. We have produced hundreds of Agalychnis lemur in the frogPOD and have donated most of them to various educational and research institutions throughout the US. A history making documentary premieres tomorrow on Discovery exploring the global extinction crisis. The documentary, titled #RacingExtinction will air at 9pm EST. #Agalychnislemur #Agalychnis #LeafFrog #AmphibianConservation #abgacp
